Results are presented of photometric measurements of Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Callisto, and Saturn, made during 1991 with an SSP-3 solid-state photometer. The results show values of V(1,0) = -0.48 for Mercury, V(1,0) = -4.40 for Venus, V(1,0) = -9.38 for Jupiter, V(1,0) = -1.01 for Callisto, and V(1,0) = -8.78 for Saturn (no rings). While the results for Venus and Jupiter are consistent with previous measurements (Harris, 1961), those for Saturn are dimmer than expected. A comparison of Saturn data for 1991 with data for 1959, 1963, 1964, and 1965 suggests that Saturn undergoes transient brightness changes of up to 0.10 magnitudes.
