An AGN origin model of cosmic X-ray background radiation is investigated. It is shown that AGN spectra with a bump due to Compton reflection by cold thick matter and an absorption feature caused by cold diffuse gas reproduce well the spectrum of the cosmic X-ray background. The log N-log S relation and the surface density of AGNs are also consistent with observational results under the assumption of luminosity evolution of AGNs.
