Spectrophotometric observations of the RS CVn binary UX Arietis are
presented. The comparison of the observed fluxes with model atmospheres
indicates that during the four phases observed, the temperature does not
vary significantly. However, brightness variation of 0.23 m are thought
to be due to change in the surface emitting regions.
