Results are presented on calculations of the electron-, proton-, and ionized helium-impact line widths and shifts for 31 C IV multiplets and 40 Si IV multiplets. These data are compared with observations and are used to investigate the Stark broadening parameter regularities within the spectral series. For both the C IV and Si IV multiplets, a gradual change of the Stark widths was obtained. The reason for this is discussed.
