We present a case of rapid change and reorganization of Hα loop structure in association with flare activity. The changes in the magnetic loop structure are co-spatial with flare eruptions. Based on the small-scale facular points which we used as proxies for magnetic flux elements, we observed changes, possibly emergences of new magnetic flux, taking place at the flare site. The concurrent photospheric flow field is unidirectional and uniform over the area within which the flares occurred. The flow field does not show any sign of flow convergence or divergence in the photosphere underneath the flaring region; and the supergranulation flow, which is assumed to be responsible for long-term dispersion of magnetic flux on the solar surface, does not appear to take part in rapid changes in the local magnetic field configuration which leads to the observed flares.
