We obtained 18cm OH spectra of comet C/2007 N3 Lulin between 23--27 February 2009, using the Arecibo Observatory 305m radiotelescope. Spectra were obtained at 1667 and 1665 MHz with a beam resolution of 2.9 arcminutes and a velocity resolution of 69 m/s. At a geocentric distance of 0.42 AU, the Arecibo primary beam resolves the coma at a 53,000 km scale. Mapping observations at low phase angles detected OH at the nucleus position and in offset positions 4.1 and 8.2 arcminutes away from the nucleus, in a hexagonal pattern on the sky spanning approximately 300,000 km. Coma outflow velocities on 27 February were 0.84 +- 0.03 km/s with some asymmetries present across the spectral lines. Collisional quenching is important within the inner 60,000 km of the coma, with a gas production rate log(Q) = 28.97 +- 0.02 (Despois et al inversion) or log(Q) = 28.78 +- 0.02 (Schleicher & A'Hearn inversion). We will present the 1667 MHz spectra compared to Monte Carlo simulations for all observed map positions.
