RESUMEN Un conjunto de estrellas estandar infrarrojas del Observatorio Astron6niico Sud Africano (SAAO) (Carter 1990) se observan desde el Observatorio Astron6mico Nacional (OAN) localizado en San Pedro Martir (S PM) en el Norte de Mexico. Se obtiene un conjunto de transformaciones lineales, para las cuales existe una ligera necesidad de un t6rmino de color el cual implica que ambos grupos de filtros tienen valores ligeramente diferentes para sus longitudes de onda efectivas. Se calculan valores para `a extinci6n promedio en el OAN los cuales resultan mayores que los valores reportados por Carrasco et al. (1991); esto se debe quiza's a `a ceniza y parfl'culas depositadas en la atm6sfera por recientes erupciones vdca'nicas. Tambien se calculan transformaciones de color para el sistema IR homoge'neo propuesto por Bessell & Brett (1988). ABSTRACT A set of infrared standard stars for the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) (Carter 1990) are observed from the Observatorio Astron6mico Nacional (QAN) located at Sa, Pedro Martir (SPM) in northern Mexico. A number of linear transibrmation equations is obtained; in them, there is a slight need for a colour term which implies that both sets of filters have slightly different values for their effective wavelengths. Values for the OAN mean extinction coefficients are calculated. They are larger than the values reported in Carrasco et al. (1991); this might, however, be due to the ash and debris deposited on the atmosphere by recent volcanic eruptions. We also calculate a set of colour transformations to the homogeneous IR photometric system proposed by Bessell & Brett (1988). K words: ThCHNIQUESPHOTOMETRIC
