In this paper we examine in detail the structure and internal kinematics of Arp 90. The data indicate that this pair of galaxies has certainly interacted once, and possibly several times. Models of the internal kinematics of NGC 5930 show a large area where the observed velocities are substantially different from those expected of normal circular rotation. It is possible that this is the source of material that is feeding an observed nuclear starburst in that galaxy. Finally, the data reveal the relative positions of the galaxies at the present time, and suggest that the pair is currently heading for another encounter.
