The formation of two-hundred km bodies in situ in the transneptunian zone is considered. The direct growth of particles with account for their radial and vertical migration in the gaseous solar nebula is not effective even for the origin of bodies of cometary sizes. The combined process of gravitational instability in the dust subdisk followed by subsequent growth of primary condensations may result in formation of more sizeable bodies.
