The radiospectrometer observations registered on board of ``Intercosmos19'' and another plasma waves experiments like ``Active'' and ``Apex'' show some broad band emission in hectometric frequency range. The measurements show also the the enhancement of radiation between the local plasma frequency and critical frequency F0F2. It is seems that the origin of this radiation can be correlated with interaction between oscillation of electrostatically tapped particles in the wake of spacecraft and superthermal electrons. In this paper it is presented some results of measurements bellow discussing their features with tentative conclusion.
