We will present FCRAO single dish (45 ('') resolution) and BIMA interferometer maps (6('') resolution) of the flocculent galaxy NGC 5055. Flocculent galaxies are presumed to be unprocessed by stellar spiral density waves due to the lack of continuous, symmetric arm structure seen in optical bands (e.g., Elmegreen & Elmegreen 1984, 1985; also Elmegreen & Thomasson 1993). The properties of the molecular distribution will be discussed, and will be compared with structures seen in Hα and near-infrared broadband images. (12) CO emission in the single dish map extends to a radius of ~ 4 kpc in this galaxy (d=7.2 Mpc).
