This proposal obtains the data to determine a precise alignment of FGS2 w.r.t. FGS1 & FGS3. Originally the assests {orbits} allocated to this task had been part of the FGS SMOV4 program, SMOV4 activity OTA/FGS-05 to fulfill requirement L.10.4.7.3.3, "FGS-FGS Alignment". However it was determined best to defer this activity until FGS2 demonstrates sufficient on-orbit stability to justify its final calibrations {FGS2-FGS Alignment & FGS2 Mini-OFAD}. Therefore, this SMOV4 activity has been migrated to the Cycle 17 FGS Calibration Program. The astrometric open cluster {M35} is observed using astrometry targets in FGS2 and four carefully selected guide star pairs in FGS1 & 3. Both the astrometry stars and guide stars have relative positions known to an accuracy of 20 mas {based upon the UCAC and McNamarra catalogs}. This proposal include four visits for the September - December interval, and four for the December - May interval. Only one set of these four are to execute {most likely the December - May visits}, and only after the FGS2r2 monitoring proposals {11874 & 11875} have demonstrated that the instrument has stabilized sufficiently,;
