Observability function as instrumental characteristics of the Bologna -
Modra forward scatter system was computed using the ellipsoidal theory
described by Hines (1958). The final observability function is depicted
on the contour plot as a function of the horizontal coordinates of
meteor radiant positions with a step of 1°.
