The MACHO Project has now detected at least three microlensing events in the direction of the LMC. The lightcurves of these events are presented, along with the procedure employed to separate microlensing events from the background. The possibilities for using the observed events to constrain the structure of the galactic halo are discussed. These constraints are still weak due to the small number of events, uncertainties in the efficiencies, and the unknown location of the lenses along the line of sight.
