Intense broad components of the H-alpha and H-beta emission lines of a Seyfert galaxy, NGC 4151, observed on July 27 and 28, 1990 were found. Their intensities were stronger by a factor of about 2 to 5 than the faint states observed previously. This result is consistent with observations in both the X-ray and ultraviolet wavelength regions, indicating that the nuclear activity of NGC 4151 has possibly recovered its high state (i.e., this galaxy has returned to a type-1 Seyfert from a type-2).
