During the flight of space-probe Phobos 2 there was opportunity for simultaneous observation of solar X-ray phenomena. This experience has demonstrated the possibility of stereoscopic and continuous observation of solar activity. The use of identical space probes orbiting around the earth, Venus, and Mars offers the possibility of permanent information and prognoses of solar phenomena.
