A set of computer programs for processing astronomical observations was developed for the Elektronika DZ-28 microcomputer. The set includes programs for a permanent memory system and a set of programs called 'Astronomiia' recorded on tape, special field journals for recording observations and entering these data into operational memory, and a short description of the Astronomiia programs and step-by-step directions for writing these programs in machine code. The programs include processing algorithms for seven methods of coordinate and azimuth determinations.
