A method for constructing an analytical theory of motion of planetary
satellites in coordinate form is considered. The method is based on a
plane intermediate orbit, constructed taking into account all even zonal
harmonics of the planetary attraction potential. Perturbation are found
in the cylindrical coordinates of the satellite.
