Using the multi-distinct rotating-and-expanding-ring model the VLBI relative-position map of the 14 H2O maser spots in the H II-region complex IC 133 of the spiral galaxy M33 is analysed. It is found that the 14 H2O maser spots are distributed as disc-rings in the H II-region complex disc, and indeed in two different rotating-and-expanding-disc rings. Meanwhile, their kinetic character is also derived.
