The authors observed 0106+013 with a VLBI array of SHEVE plus Shanghai at 5 GHz. The results show that (1) the component 1 is most likely the core, (2) the original superluminal component is still moving outwards at a speed of 0.2 mas/yr, (3) a new component emerging from the core is moving outwards at a speed of 0.18 mas/yr, and (4) the jet bends within 5 mas of the core and then extends along the VLA jet.
