The trajectories of particles with zero mass in Tolman's (1939) solution IV for an interior Riemannian space-time geometry are investigated analytically. The orbits for the case of a curved space-time within a spherically symmetric mass distribution are examined; the generalization to the Tolman IV case is explained; four basic types of orbits are identified; and an expression for the particle flux escaping from the configuration is given.
