In computing the continuum luminosity on page L78 of the above Letter, the lensing correction factor of 4.5 was omitted. The correct luminosity is 4×1028 ergs s-1 Hz-1, and the star formation rate based on the red continuum light should read 9 Msolar yr-1. The universal star formation rate should read 0.013-->0.26 Msolar Mpc-3 yr-1.
