We report optical spectroscopic identification of two SWIFT sources SWIFTJ1745.4+2906 and 1RXSJ193347.6+325422. Optical data were obtained with the Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope (RTT-150, Bakirlitepe, TUBITAK National Observatory, Turkey), using the TFOSC spectrograph. Both sources were localized by SWIFT/XRT and are associated with nuclei of relatively bright (V~=16m) galaxies. The optical spectra of the galaxy nuclei show redshifted and broadened H_alpha (blended with NII), H_beta and other Balmer lines and narrow emission lines [OIII] 4959,5007 and others.
