Swift Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) and X-Ray Telescope (XRT) observations of the type Ib SN 2006lt (SNF20061011; ATel #925, CBET #714, IAUC #8770) began at 2006-11-04 00:13 (UT). The following UVOT upper limits (3- sigma) were measured for SN 2006lt in summed images: V > 19.5 (389 s exposure), B >20.5 (389 s), U > 20.1 (389 s ), UVW1 [181-321nm] > 20.6 (777 s), UVM2 [166-268 nm] > 21.5 (1072 s), and UVW2 [112-264 nm] > 22.0 (1448 s).
