Employment of a new identification and integration algorithm to CCD images of extragalactic H II regions has yielded new results for radial changes in spectrophotometric parameters. A change in the radial oxygen abundance, with an apparent discontinuity at a radius of 5.5 aremin, evidence is presented for an increase in the reddening of each region toward the center of the galaxy. A high-resolution overlay of the best radio data onto optical imagery is included.
