The purpose of this paper is to propose a method of collecting and analyzing PEP data which fills the gap between computer control and manual operation. The equipment and method described are currently in use on a 30 cm Cassegrain equipped with 5 color Optec solid state photometer, and have considerably simplified the task of collecting data.
