Using CCD spectra of the nucleus of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 4151 obtained in 1988 and 1989, the ratios of line intensities, widths, and wavelengths in the blends forbidden O I 6300, forbidden S III 6312 and forbidden O I 6364, forbidden Fe X 6374 are determined. The separation of blends was made by minimization of the root mean square error. The O III 5007 forbidden line profile was taken as an approximation function. The standard deviation of one measurement of the Fe X forbidden line intensity is 11 percent and cannot serve as evidence for the variability of this line.
