A data set of 12546 observations of the solar limb transits, from the Observatorio Nacional/Brazil Danjon astrolabe and the modified astrolabes at the Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur/France and at the Observatorio Abrahao de Moraes/IAG/USP-Brazil, covering the period from 1974 to 1992, is analyzed to obtain corrections for the location of the fundamental system's origin and for the parameters of the Earth's orbit. The results, namely the equinox correction of 0.09+/-0.06" and the equator correction of -0.01+/-0.04", are small and mean that the reference system, which was implicitly used in the reductions and which is near the FK5 system, does not need significant orientation corrections. The corrections to the orbital elements, likewise, are small, except for the obliquity of the ecliptic. The obtained result, {DELTA}ɛ= 0.49 +/-0.06", is virtually independent of the method and appears to be inherent to the data.
