It is pointed out that a resonant interaction exists between a charged
particle moving in a magnetic field and a gravitational wave with
frequency equal to twice the Larmor frequency. Net drift motions of the
particle can be produced by the wave, leading to electric currents in a
magnetized plasma which directly couple gravitational and EM waves.
