The correction to interferometric measurements of the radii of sources due to the possible high spatial coherence of the source, as might occur for example, in some masers, is estimated by introducing a heuristic model. The results suggest that the usual interpretation of such measurements might give an estimate of the size which is too small by the order of 10 percent.
