We have been observing the black hole X-ray binary and microquasar GRO J1655-40 on a regular basis since the beginning of the current outburst (February 2005; ATel #414, 415, etc.). Following the report that the source was returning to the hard state (ATel #607), we made short observations on Sep. 17 UT, resulting in the following non-detections: Sep. 17.03, 8.46 GHz: 0.07 +/- 0.08 mJy/beam; Sep.
