A 51 cm reflecting telescope was opened at Osaka Kyoiku University in the spring 1994. Since then, various astronomical research as well as educational programs have been carried out using the telescope. A brief summary of astronomical research activities is presented in this article. They include photometric studies of supernovae, cataclysmic variable stars, active galactic nuclei including BL Lacs and long-period pulsating variable stars.
