We present the second section of the Effelsberg 11 cm radio continuum survey of the Galactic Plane covering the range 3580 ≤ l ≤ 76°, |b| ≤ 5°. The angular resolution of the survey is 43 and its sensitivity is 50 mK TB (or about 20 mJy/beam area). Large- scale emission data have been added from lower angular resolution surveys carried out with smaller telescopes.
