A new polar-ring galaxy has been found at 12h 54m 20.06s - 12 deg 29 min
58 sec .0 (J2000) with a total blue magnitude of 16.1. The inner
component looks much like an E2 galaxy, while the outer component, with
roughly one-fifth the brightness, lies within 2 deg of perpendicular. A
heliocentric redshift of 5456 km/s has been measured.
