The extended Wilson-Devinney program, which includes the function of the differential corrections of spot parameters, was used to perform a reanalysis of the photoelectric UBV light curves of the short-period eclipsing binary BH Virginis in 1963-1964 obtained by Koch (1967) and the radial velocity curve obtained in 1964-1965 by Abt (1965). The mass ratio obtained form the photoelectric light curves and the radial velocity curves are 0.967 + or - 0.012 and 0.968 + or - 0.046, respectively. The absolute dimensions derived are M1 = (0.85 + or - 0.08) solar mass, M2 = (0.83 + or - 0.09) solar mass, R1 = (1.17 + or - 0.04) solar radius, and R2 = (1.05 + or - 0.03) solar radius. Both components have radii appreciably larger than the main sequence radius for the same mass. The distortion waves of light curves at two epochs can be fitted satisfactorily with a two-spot model.
