Exact 3D orbital-element solutions are presented for a satellite particle that is continuously exposed to weak solar radiation. The near-planar orbit is found to evolve away from its initially nearly planar orientation; in the general 3D case, the orbital elements not only have components that vary with time, but in addition possess nonuniform sinusoidal variations with the same period as the uniform variations. The semimajor axis may be regarded as constant in the first order; its actual time variation is here derived from the extended Laplace constant.
