Scans of the radio galaxies 3C 33, 3C 327 and PKS 1934-63 are presented. All show strong emission lines but have red continua with stellar absorption features. The two 3C objects, which are classical double radio sources, have He II 4686-A emission stronger with respect to H-beta than any other galaxy yet reported. The Parkes radio source is known from VLBI measurements to have a sub-arcsecond double structure and has a synchrotron self-absorbed spectrum which peaks around 1000 MHz. It has a lower-excitation emission spectrum which is significantly reddened, presumably by the dust lane visible on an optical photograph. The classification of radio galaxies is discussed.
