The article deals with visual observation of the 2005 alpha-Aurigid meteor shower observed from the location of Kykula near Trencin, IMO observation site code 23711, Slovakia. In this contribution, the observed zenithal hourly rates, the population index, the average visual magnitude and the occurrence of persistent trains are presented and discussed. The results are compared with previous publications.
