High signal-to-noise short wavelength co-added IUE spectra for intermediate redshift quasars 1100 + 772, and 2201 + 315 are presented. The spectra were fit to a continuum plus UV emission lines. The fits give a good characterization of the continuum, the line ratios for the weak lines, the degree of symmetry of Ly alpha, and, for 1100 + 772, the separation of the narrow and broad line components of Ly alpha. The Ly alpha is highly symmetrical in both objects, with very little NV. For 1100 + 772, the narrow component contributes significantly to the line profile; the N/B ratio is 0.22 + or - 0.06. When the narrow component is removed, the broad component is relatively flat topped. This is one of the few examples of a broad component with the narrow component removed, and it could have consequences for dynamical models.
