Spoke group is interpreted as envelope soliton of azimuthal dust density waves propagating along the B ring. The wave crests of the internal soliton filling, where the dust concentration is the highest, are associated with individual spokes. We discuss the arguments pro and con this wave theory and formulate the effects which could verify validity of the theory on the basis of the future observations.
