This catalog summarizes available optical, infrared, and radio observations describing mass outflows associated with 38 young stars. Its centerpiece is a series of CCD images which provides the basis for discussing the morphology and kinematics of the optical manifestations (e.g., stellar jets, Herbig-Haro objects) of these flows. Accurate coordinates are given for selected emission regions associated with the outflows and for Hα emission and other stars proximate to the flows. A key result is the tendency for the outflow direction mapped by optical emission to lie parallel to the magnetic field threading the host molecular cloud.
