The rotation, velocity dispersion, and mass of Omega Centauri and 47 Tucanae are evaluated. The procedures for determining the fields of differential rotation and velocity dispersion profiles for both clusters from radial velocity observations of giant stars are described. The ratio of ordered to random motions is examined and the virial masses are calculated. The proportions of heavy remnants, white dwarfs, and main sequence stars in both clusters are analyzed using a dynamical model.
