An algorithm for calculating the duration of the eclipse of a compact X-ray source in a close binary system with an eccentric orbit is presented, as well as tables of the dependence of the eclipse angle on the angle of inclination of the orbit for systems with different mass ratios of the components and for several values of the eccentricity of the orbit and its orientation in space. The influence of asynchronism of the rotation of the visible star on the eclipse duration is investigated.
