Through the photometric observations of NGC7789 with the Schmidt
telescopefor four consecutive nights, sixteen variable stars were
discovered. It was found that three are Algol (EA) type, seven are W UMa
(EW) orβ Lyrae (EB) type and one is δ Scuti type.
