We present the SFI++, a Tully-Fisher distance and peculiar velocity catalog including 5063 field and cluster galaxies, based on optical photometry and both optical and radio spectroscopy observations made by our group and collaborators over the last 20+ years. Much of the data has been previously published, but is now newly reprocessed in a homogeneous manner. We briefly discuss catalog properties and comparisons to other peculiar velocity surveys. Using this catalog, we examine the peculiar velocity field in and around the Pisces-Perseus Supercluster (PPS). We find that the PSCz velocity field provides a good fit to SFI++ in the PPS region, with no residual bulk flow along the line of sight, and a best fit value of Beta of ˜0.3. While the quality of the fit is good, PSCz provides an even better fit to the all sky sample of SFI++, where the value of Beta appears to be nearly twice as large. The difference in the values of Beta appears to stem from the lower correlation between observed and model velocities for the PPS subsample. We have also examined the bulk velocities of 500 km/s wide distance bins in the direction of PPS and find no overall bulk motion of the supercluster relative to the CMB, and a statistically significant infall and backflow signature.
