Scientific paper

Averaging transforms performed to an arbitrary degree with respect to a
small parameter in a planetary version of the many-body problem are
considered. The form invariance of the three area integrals is proven.
As a consequence, one of the fundamental frequencies of the nodes'
secular motion vanishes.
