Distributions are presented of zenith-reduced atmospheric seeing angle values derived from Polaris image motion photoelectric measurements at ten sites in the USSR. Sanglok observatory in Tadzhikistan, which is superior to the best investigated sites in the world with the exception of the Mauna Kea observatory in Hawaii.
