The Chandra data of the central region of the cluster of galaxies PKS 0745-191 are analyzed. The properties of a lump of bright X-ray gas distributing to the west of the cD galaxy and along the edge of radio emission are investigated. This gas is found to be cooler and denser than the ambient gas. In addition, according to the calculation based on the radio observations, the pressure gradient of the radio gas in the west is greater than that in the east. Therefore, there may exist the interaction between the X-ray gas and the radio gas. The cold gas either is disturbed by radio gas or is brought from the center by the radio buoyant bubble. Furthermore, assuming the gas is in the hydrodynamic equilibrium, the volume filling factor of the X-ray gas, b, is found to be about 0.69±0.28. Moreover, the parameters of the relativistic particles of the radio gas are estimated, and then the impact of the expansion of the radio gas on the cooling flow is considered.
