The masses of the central stars for nearly 100 Galactic bulge planetary nebulae are determined through the construction of several diagrams in which the measured stellar properties are compared to the apparent theoretical evolutionary tracts for planetary nebulae nuclei of different masses. The tracks are obtained by applying the standard methods for deriving stellar parameters to a theoretical evolving star surrounded by an expanding model nebula. The procedure's validity is confirmed by the agreement between the different mass estimates obtained from the diagrams. The mean mass found in the present sample of Galactic bulge planetary nebulae is 0.593 solar mass, with a standard deviation of 0.025 solar mass. It is inferred that PN in the bulge have on average less massive nuclei than Galactic disk PN.
