The evolution of the inner accretion disk in FU Orionis objects (FUO) after the initial photometric eruption is discussed. It is shown that the long-term evolution of the disks could be considerably more complicated than has been assumed, but that the expected behavior and spectral appearance are just those seen in a wide variety of young stellar objects (YSOs). If the viscous parameter alpha depends on temperature, the inner disk will not be able to immediately return to its cold, preoutburst state due to the destruction of all the small dust grains. That a wide variety of YSOs have characteristics which coincide with those of the FUO disks at various times in the eruption cycle suggests a casual connection between the occurrence of FUO eruptions and the production of many different types of objects. It is inferred that some members of the EX subclass of premain-sequence objects are EX-FUOs.
